今次小菜菜带你试下cooking mama日式蛋卷。但必须讲先,今次我自己做系失败,不过我谂失败品先可以gain到更多经验。虽然本人真系唔推荐呢个食谱。
食材∶
鸡蛋4只、生抽豉油(或者寿司豉油,或者其他淡豉油)、煮食用清酒、白糖
步骤∶
1. 将4苹鸡蛋打散。(mama show到3苹,其实系4苹。)
2. 打散鸡蛋,注意要慢慢打,唔好打出泡。
3. 将煮食用清酒(少落)、豉油(少落)、白糖倒入蛋液中,搅匀。(量控制系搅匀之後唔会有咩酒味,同埋个颜色都系金黄色。)小菜菜我用系日本浓豉油,结果出左事,搅匀之後个蛋液系啡色lol。
4. 小火慢慢煎蛋,蛋液可以厚,成型之後慢慢卷起蛋饼,切成小块,完成!
