我之前试过整cooking mama煎牛扒,都算系好味,今日想通大家一齐试下cooking mama煎猪扒。
食材∶
猪扒、胡椒盐、面粉、食用油、薯条等装饰。
步骤∶
1. 斩断猪扒的肉筋。
2. 锤大猪扒至肉质松散。
3. 系猪扒上撒上薄薄一层胡椒盐。(再抹匀背面,如果太多可以用水冲洗)
4. 将猪扒上裹上面粉。
5.中火将猪扒煎至两面金黄,改小火慢慢煎熟(可以用筷子试探是否煎熟,猪扒一定要煎熟)
6. 用薯条等配菜装饰猪扒。
完成!
