上個星期我地簡簡單單整左個杯麵,hea hea地食完,今次黎試下cooking mama嘅炒飯。係同中式炒飯完全唔同嘅作法。
食材:
洋蔥半個、雞蛋3隻、牛油、米飯一碗、鹽、胡椒粉、豉油。
步驟:
1. 洋蔥切碎。
2. 打散3隻蛋。
3. 將蛋同飯攪勻。
4. 融化牛油。
5. 洋蔥翻炒至金黃。
6. 加入米飯同蛋液混合物,不停翻炒,炒至8成熟加入鹽、胡椒粉、豉油,翻炒均勻,出鑊。
