今次黎試下Cooking Mama嘅咖哩炒飯。我個人覺得除左好辣之外,都係幾好食嘅!
食材:
洋蔥、食用油、鮮蝦、咖哩粉、鹽、胡椒粉。
步驟:
1. 將洋蔥切成細塊。
2. 剝去蝦殼。
3. 將蝦切成細塊。
4. 炒熟洋蔥同蝦。
5. 加入米飯,翻炒至7成熟,加入鹽(少許即可)、胡椒、咖哩粉。翻炒均勻即可出鑊!
