今次黎試下Cooking Mama嘅煎牛扒。非常簡單易整,選用上等雪花牛扒可以輕鬆整到大餐風範!
食材:
牛扒、鹽、黑胡椒、牛油、薯條等配菜。
步驟:
1. 切斷牛扒中嘅牛筋部分。
2. 係牛扒上撒上鹽同黑胡椒,醃漬5分鐘。
3. 融化牛油。
4. 大火將量面煎至變色,後小火慢煎至7成熟(鍾意食生啲嘅可以早啲起鑊)。
5. 加入薯條等配菜。
