上次试过炸鸡排好成功,今次我再试下炸吉列猪扒会点?

食材∶

猪扒、面粉、蛋液、面包糠、盐、食用油

步骤∶

1. 槌打猪扒以增加猪扒韧性。

2. 剔除猪扒上的肉筋。

3. 将猪扒裹上面粉後再裹上蛋液。

4. 将猪扒上裹上面包糠。(我自己用系薯片碎,结果味道好,所以如果用普通无味面包糠应该要另加盐)

5. 将猪扒放入中火加热的油锅中炸,炸至浮起金黄後捞出,再复炸多次。(因为猪扒比较难熟,要炸多次,并一定要确保猪扒炸熟後先好出镬)

6. 将猪扒切块装盘。
